Mole Patent No. 2 Tire Shrinker

This tire shrinker was used by blacksmiths for shrinking wagon tires. They would put a slightly larger rim in this shrinker then they pull the handle so that the rim would basically upset itself to make it smaller it diameter. It’s in pretty good shape but could use some freeing up. Would be great for a collector of blacksmith tools or perfect for a wheelwright. I don’t need to sell it but I don’t have the room for it as of right now in my shop.
